We often think doctors and healthcare providers know everything - but, in order to improve the healthcare system and patient care, insight from the patient’s perspective is crucial. MS Unmet Needs was designed to focus on just that - living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) from the patient’s perspective.

Background
Using data and anecdotes from MS patients we designed a site which shares their personal journey and daily struggles. This helps doctors and healthcare providers to learn and understand what MS patients live with, from a firsthand account. In turn, this helps healthcare professionals to provide future patients with better treatment options and more empathy.
Objective
Each patient has their own section which discusses their individual struggle with the disease. These stories are often eye-opening and frame the disease in a way that doctors and other healthcare providers may have never thought of before.
